چکیده

Limit theorems for the time average of some observation functions in an infinite measure dynamical system are studied. It is known that intermittent phenomena, such as the Rayleigh-Benard convection and Belousov-Zhabotinsky reaction, are described by infinite measure dynamical systems. We show that the time average of the observation function which is not the L(m) function, whose average with respect to the invariant measure m is finite, converges to the generalized arcsine distribution. This result leads to the novel view that the correlation function is intrinsically random and does not decay. Moreover, it is also numerically shown that the time average of the observation function converges to the stable distribution when the observation function has the infinite mean.

Solving infinite system of nonlinear integral equations by using ‎F-‎generalized Meir-Keeler condensing operators, measure of noncompactness and modified homotopy perturbation.

In this article to prove existence of solution of infinite system of nonlinear integral equations, we consider the space of solution containing all convergence sequences with a finite limit, as with a suitable norm is a Banach space. By creating a generalization of Meir-Keeler condensing operators which is named as F-generalized Meir-Keeler condensing operators and measure of noncompactness, we...

Local time on the exceptional set of dynamical percolation, and the Incipient Infinite Cluster

In dynamical critical site percolation on the triangular lattice or bond percolation on Z , we define and study a local time measure on the exceptional times at which the origin is in an infinite cluster. We show that at a typical time with respect to this measure, the percolation configuration has the law of Kesten’s Incipient Infinite Cluster. In the most technical result of this paper, we sh...

Structure formation and generalized second law of thermodynamics in some viable f(R)-gravity models

We investigate the growth of matter density perturbations as well as the generalized second law (GSL) of thermodynamics in the framework of f(R)-gravity. We consider a spatially flat FRW universe filled with the pressureless matter and radiation which is enclosed by the dynamical apparent horizon with the Hawking temperature. For some viable f(R) models containing the Starobinsky, Hu-Sawicki, Exp...

Unique Ergodicity for Infinite Measures

We survey examples of dynamical systems on non–compact spaces which exhibit measure rigidity on the level of infinite invariant measures in one or more of the following ways: all locally finite ergodic invariant measures can be described; exactly one (up to scaling) admits a generalized law of large numbers; the generic points can be specified. The examples are horocycle flows on hyperbolic sur...
